I'm not afraid....I'll play. There's a ton of opinions, websites, information and misinformation, NO PROOF, and only opinions....each as valid as the next. Only the "holier than thou" are adamant in their belief or disbelief of the events of that day..... because there is NO PROOF to substantiate either belief, only the tons of information to base "your own opinion" on! It's an opinion, waving correlations, documents, associations ....just like every other belief out there. When you control the vehicle, it's easy to tell it where to go....the media is the vehicle, the gov't controls that vehicle, the gov't is influenced thru power and money of banks and corps, $pecial intere$t$ and the war machine.... so sorry I can't believe a source KNOWN to be corrupt, influenced or otherwise manipulated, but it doesn't mean I believe the extreme to the opposite either.... it only leaves me with more questions....NOT ANSWERS! Hotrod, a truther is merely someone who looks for the truth. Don't be insulted. You are a truther. I'm not interested in games of semantics. I think a better definition of a truther would be someone who wouldn't know the truth if it hit them in the head. What really amazes me in many of these endless discussions is the fact that the truthers try so hard to remove actual knowledge from the equation. I know why the steel and concrete failed in the two towers because I know the yield points, loads, stresses, failure modes, direction gravity acts, etc., but the truthers act as if no one is in possession of such knowledge. Since real knowledge does not exist, opinion can be substituted equally. Hence, we have concepts like dustification, nano thermite, alien ray guns, and other trash that the truthers struggle mightily to hoist to a level of equal credibility over simple math and physics. I think a better definition of a a person who defends and believes the official propaganda about 9-11 would be someone who wouldn't know the truth if it hit them in the head. What really amazes me in many of these endless discussions is the fact that they try so hard to ridicule and attack the credibility of others and ignore evidence and actual facts from the equation. They did everything humanly possible to feed this program the exact information it needed to come up with a convincing solution, including feeding it information that was not confirmed but ASSUMED. They started with the outcome they WANTED TO HEAR and they injected every assumed (not confirmed) fact they needed into that program in order to arrive at that outcome. Its just like people who want to prove something on Mingle. They just go to google or www.iamright.com and find information that supports their beliefs. Okay, you think you know how the towers fell without explosives and you believe that hijackers flew planes into the towers. Your only rationalization for the reason so many people don't believe that is that they are ignorant and that they don't have your education. You are the smartest person on the planet and the most qualified to know. But there are a vast number of scientists and engineers who disagree with you. Every time any of them are mentioned, you attack their credibility. The numbers are growing. I think you are too proud to go back over the facts and admit that the facts in this case could have been fabricated in order to arrive at the desired outcome. IF we 'truthers' are right, and 9-11 was a shadow government sponsored terrorist black flag, (and we know they have done these things) then why on earth would ANYONE look to them as an authority figure in solving the crime? It is like a police chief who has committed murder, investigating it himself. What a bunch of crap! Now you know more that all the experts? Your knowledge of science and engineering has just gone off the scale? The fact is, you can't even describe the events intelligently or discuss the events using proper terminology, but you have an exact picture in your mind, completely false, as to who knows what. That is really sad. It puts you in the "incapable of learning" category. You really should lose the "magic computer program" theory. It makes you look like a moron. If the truthers were smart, and they are not, they would compartmentalize all the different theories to separate the actual known from the unknown. Demolition explosives theories will never go anywhere because it is just stupid. But it has not been actually proven that the pilots were not alien created partial clones of George Bush so, at least, they have a little wiggle room there. |

The thing that always amazes me about conspiracy theories is how elaborate they are, how flimsy alleged links are, and the enormous lengths people will go to trying to prove that a conspiracy actually happened.
