Things seem to be going really slow on this website - so far i havent come in contact with anyone. I'd like to suggest a live chat with different rooms/sub sections etc.; basically this forum in a live chat format. What do you guys think?

I prefer the forums because you can go back and read posts even after a day of not reading them. Plus live chats are too much for mods. So in case there is any confusion on my stance....it's NOPE |

Well all I can say is your in the wrong place for the chat rooms your seeking...Like the forums just like they are and they will remain as such...

I do not like live chat or chat rooms. This is not a good way for me to meet a man. I prefer one on one emails. lol

The forums are cool, but I have been in chat rooms before and they are fun too. Like when I play bingo or farkle, lol.

Hi, you have posted twice and haven't contacted anyone??? How can that be? Really would you meet anyone that fast out and about in 'real' life? Give it some time, post often, let people get to know you as you get to know them. There are great people here...bring your sense of humor, have some fun and maybe meet someone too.

Personally I think a live chat is way too susceptible to open mouth insert foot.
At least with the forums you have that moment to review, rearrange, edit, and think before you post what you say. It won't prevent all "showing off" or need for the edit button but I defintely think it improves the level of communication. It also reduces the need and improves the ability of the moderators to keep things within boundries that have for a remarkably long time kept the quality of this site VERY High. So no offense why don't you just chill and watch how things work before you try to "improve it" and really screw it up. |

you are 22, a student and looking for that special person.. No one will take you serious. How many 22year olds or under 25 do you see? Best you use the search engine and try persons your age,(doubt will still work)
