At my age I do what I want to when I want too ......I don't have a time frame ....it is what it is..

I haven't been on a date in over 30 years! (With anyone but my husband!)...If and when I do start dating (again) I'm not going to want to have sex with someone on a first date. No way!...I want to take things slow and easy.

Perhaps....if i can visualise his matching the decor in my boudoir maybe.

If you meet someone at a party or bar and decide to go on a date, your brain has several hours to interact. It combines voice, body language, visuals, pheromones, BO, fashion sense, and sound to make a determination of whether this girl/guy is sex worthy or not (factoring in your hornyness).

During that date, some percentage of the time is lost to distractions, a movie, silence, looking at the menu, or whatever where the time does not include your "date".

On the other hand, reading emails is a direct line of communication from brain to brain. A couple that seriously chats on the computer (as opposed to just quoting the sports news for example) has more brain interaction than several dates, depending upon the number of dates/emails considered.

That said, sex with someone of whom you have a history of communication is not really "on the first date". It could, in fact, be with a good well known friend... or a lying pervert.
