WOW...I wouldn't get married until I have done everything I wanted to do!! Once you get married it isn't as easy to do things that you want!! If you want to travel ,do that before you get married! If you plan on going to college, do that before you get married!
You have your whole life ahead of you and I think people rush into marriage to quickly! If you are truly IN love with each other, things are not going to change. Do things that should be done before you begin your lives together, then start your life and build a future with your mate.

I was 15 when I marry my husband of seven years.....one thing that I can say ....is that I love the marride life.

I think I'd make a great wife..but the guys I meet are such idiots..they don't see any kind of relationship when they look at me.

Relationships come easy, WHAT and WHERE "YOU" are or GO in life is ALL UP TO "YOU", I have seen sooooo many girls and guys get married to young and "NEVER" get to where or what THEY wanted to do for THEIR life.

Girl,,go out and BE YOU, get your degree in whatever ya like, "THEN" think long term.

You "CAN" be and do whatever you want NOW, but married is THE LAST thing that should be on your mind now, at 18.

And im not old fashioned, I have just lived longer and seen way to many attemps at being what you want to be, just to SEE it and ONES dreams come to a stop!!!

i tell my kids to wait...they see how hard it is to do school and kids and stuff...all at the same time. i want them to experience life first, get to live in the dorms. get a degree.

but...in the end, they'll do as THEIR heads and hearts dictate, just as i did.

no no no!! im not getting married lol i just wanted to see what people think... i just graduated high school and i cant count on my hands how many of my class mates are married already.. myself on the otherhand.. im starting rutgers in the fall as a poli sci major and then law school for me :)

I did a similar topic. The answers I got were pretty much saying it depends on who you're with and how comfortable you are.

I'm 21 with divorced parents. I'm not rushing that. Most marriages result in divorces today unlike the good old days. Marriage is no joke.
