There is starting to be several of us with kids going to Iraq.
My son is proud to go, but I have to worry. I know his stepmom & grandfather will watch down on him. I know as a medic, he will do his job. I know he WILL COME HOME. But I still worry. Please don't start a thing about the war, this is for the kids of JSH who CHOOSE to go & are proud of it. GOD BLESS & Keep THEM ALL. Bring them home when their time is up. |

my youngest son is on a minesweeper in the persian gulf, he has 95 days left before he rotates back to the states. God Bless him and all the other young american men and women just like him
|

We still don't know where my future son-in-law is going after AIT, but we hope that wherever he goes that he will be safe. He has a new baby on the way.

Sorry Sage, didn't mean to be rude. I hope that all of our kids over there come home. He is a brave man for going with all the turmoil going on in Congress, protests that we don't belong over there, etc.

My son has for years told me that he wanted to be in the army
 He sees it as a great adventure Ive said in the past and I will say it now.......OVER MY DEAD BODY!!!!! I will stop him from ever entering such a destructive course in his life.......THERE IS NO EFFING WAY I WILL EVER ALLOW IT.....AND IVE TOLD HIM THIS.....EVEN WHEN HE IS OF AGE!!!!! AND HE KNOWS WHAT BIG MAMMA WILL DO IF HE DOES!!!

you dont know if these kids will come home, thats a bunch of BS and you know it. kids going off to war and them coming home alive is a f*cken crap shoot, roll of the dice.

My future son-in-law just graduated from basic. He is now in Arizona for AIT. Rumor has it he is going to Bagdad. My daughter is freaking out over it. They are expecting their first child together in 5 weeks.

If my son doesn't come home. He will have died doing what he thought was right. I can only think of ONE way better to go.
