Sandra Fluke has come to the defense of Stacey Dash.
From CNN.com: We know that not all of Hollywood skews left, but actress Stacey Dash has had to run defense after publicly supporting Republican candidate Mitt Romney on Sunday.
Along with sharing quite the patriotic photo, Dash encouraged her followers to "Vote for Romney. The only choice for your future," and has since been deluged with opposing commentary that's even caught the eye of Sandra Fluke, who came to Dash's defense. "So disappointed to see people attacking @REALStaceyDash for voicing her opinion. Disagree politically, but #racist attacks are unacceptable," Fluke, the Georgetown University law school student who was caught in political crossfire earlier this year, tweeted Monday. Apparently, Sandra Fluke doesn't approve of a double standard being applied to Stacey Dash. In another thread, I stated that I was waiting for Democrat celebrity pundits to defend Stacey Dash. Well, Bob Beckel did just that on the 09 October 2012 edition of The Five. I knew that Bob would do such a thing. He is also opposed to a double standard being applied to Stacey Dash. It is nice to see political opposites support each other whenever one of them is the victim of real hate speech. |
