The Repubs and Dems are the ones perpetuating fraud on the American Citizens.

Seems the only way to get on the ticket is to be an elitist.

Only you can put an end to the two party system.

Want real change? Vote other than Repub or Dem.

There isn't any practical way to end the two party system. The two parties have made sure of that.

Just vote for the lessor of two evils and be done with it.

Nope. Nope Nope.

I have avoided the political part of this site but this one sucked me in.

The fight over parties is the smoke screen.

We have the most unique constitution in the history of the world. The rest of the world gets it. 'we the people' here do not.

What makes it unique it that the founders put there 'special interests' aside and created a constitution granting power to the people. Power to keep government from taking control. it took the people doing nothing for the government to take power. The government has keep 'the people' in control by the smoke screen. Making the issue dem/rep or other. Its government control over we the people control.

The largest power we have as a people, given by the constitution isn't voting for president or senator. Its in voting for the representatives. You and your neighbor own them. But when the people don't exercise their responsibility, then the companies, banks, unions etc own them. They have to do what they want if they want to remain in office. The failure is you and me and our neighbors.

If the people just started demanding their reps that they support the constitution and let them know they will vote for them if they really do and you wont if they fail, you will find that the federal government is buried in reps and senators that will stand against those who are tearing it apart. Both republicans and democrats. That is how you take the power away from the parties.

Sadly when I ask this, I get blank stares. Do you even know who your representative is?

Here is the hard fact, this election we have a choice between someone who has been caught on what he thought was a closed mic telling Medved not to worry, we got your back. Telling Mahmoud Abbas not to worry, we got your back. Calling Netanyahu a liar.

Or someone who may not be the ideal candidate, but someone who will not side with terrorist countries.

I choose Romney, I don't like it but a vote for anyone else is a vote for the enemy of this country Barack Hussein Obama.

Political parties consist of people who have decided that they want to be members of those political parties. In the USA the two most popular parties are the Democratic Party and the Republican Party. Other parties don't succeed because the are not that popular.

Instead of admitting to the popularity of the two major parties, people here are attempting to use the "sour grapes" strategy to tear the two major parties down.

[Disclaimer: I am not a member of any political party.]

If you and your friends really want to change the system. Get about five million men together and march on Washington. This is how our constitution was designed to work. You will see instant change.

There are roughly 313 million people residing in the USA. Five million men would be less than 5% of the U.S. population. Do you really believe that less than 5% would be able to legally take over the USA?

Arg. Two posts. Arg

You march on a government that you wish to over throw and put new laws in. that doesn't need to happen. The laws are in place already what we want. Just band together and start demanding they be followed. Hold those accountable that break them.

That starts with understanding what great laws are on the books that are being broken and ignored.

Yes it will cost your personal special interest when this happens. But are we trying to fix 2013 or the future of this country?

They would have the power of recognition, the eye of the people, and sometimes that's all it takes....an idea.

Just like the incidents that gave us our constitution in the 1st place! War with Britain was not a popular idea, but it caught on, and our constitution sprang from the actions of a very small minority.

People are pi$$ed! It wouldn't take much to start that fire burning at this point!

When DHS/FEMA orders 450,000,000 hollow point rounds..... DC is expecting it!

Yes, and this will lead them to attempt to create new anti constitutional laws to protect the public from its own citizens. It will make it worse and may give them the power to convince the people that the constitution is outdated and needs to be replaced.

Great strife is coming for this country. Holding the people together when this happens is the only hope for a better future for our children and our children's children. Most of the world is praying for the American people to wake up in time to keep this from happening. Not the wars. That cannot be stopped. But the overtaking of our country by those who wish to see the constitution go away so a one world government can be built.

That is what many in both parties are trying to do.

The war from the beginning of our country was always about the power staying in the hands of the people and the natural desire the government would have to power and control. This has never changed. the people becoming complacent is what changes. Back and forth.

Yes I do, he used to live up the street from me and got his sign in my yard now. Congressman Amodei. I also know the names of all the other Reps in my entire state and in the surrounding states........

 Romney was far from my first choice but I am supporting him, helping with his campaign and voting for him because he is better then whats in there now and I think he really will make a difference.

I think he will be better for the US then just standing up against rogue nations and terrorists and our enemies. I also think he will be better for the economy, help business, stand up for religion, stand up for Israel and our other allies, put Iran in check and will not have the rogue countries and governments who sponsor terrorism messing with us. He is not a coward and a pushover like Obummer.

Now that you're a junkie, you'll have to pay to stay.

Marching, protesting, suing, voting out the dems and repubs and self-informed voters.

Barry won, by a landslide, with no experience.

noone wins with 'no experience'

everyone has experience in different areas, people just disagree on which area a president should have experience in

(should it be accounting, because of their input on the budget? should it be military because of their position as CIC? should it be management because of their expectation to lead? should it be constitutional law because of their expectation to uphold the constition?...etc....)
