Topic: Barry's Damage Control Strategy | |

Team Obama, scrambling to regain solid footing after Wednesday’s debate debacle, has switched attack targets.
Mitt Romney the extremist is out. Mitt Romney the liar is in. Chief campaign strategist David Axelrod complimented Romney’s “vigorous performance” — but added that it was “one that was devoid of honesty.” Really. Axelrod talking “honesty.” Indeed, he said, “the question is . . . whether or not a candidate that is so fundamentally rooted in hiding the facts and truth” can be trusted with the presidency. But while that description applies to one of the candidates, it’s not Mitt Romney. In fact, Obama & Co. need to think very hard before going down this road. That’s because, very frankly, honesty is not an Obama administration hallmark. Here’s just a random sample from a very long list: * Team Obama portrayed last month’s murderous attack on the US consulate in Benghazi as a spontaneous mob assault — despite knowing full well that it was a carefully planned al Qaeda job. * Obama claims his plan would cut $4 trillion from the deficit. But he counts $800 billion in debt payments as spending cuts and spreads the plan out over 12 years — with most of the cuts backloaded to when he is no longer president. * Back in 2009, Obama promised that passing his “stimulus” bill would lower unemployment to 5.3 percent by the end of his first term. Today, it’s 8.3 percent — and has never been anywhere near Obama’s goal. And then there are the scandals: The new Jobs number, Fast & Furious, Solyndra and so forth. It may be true that a lie told often enough will be believed, a point so amusingly made by Romney regarding Obama during the debate. But truth eventually outs, and voters aren’t as dumb as Axelrod seems to thin |

both candidates get their 'facts' wrong
and both candidates will fail to reach goals and projections(Described in our culture as 'promises') what matters to me, is not the tit for tat media circus what matters to me is what they represent with their actions, and who they represent with their actions, and how they represent America to the world,,,, I still see Romney as only concerned with that demographic he belongs to, and OBama as concerned with americans from all walks of life,, and not just the one he belongs to |

Many are legally bound to vote Barry.
They did sign their pledge of allegance to him. Gave their names addresses and phone numbers. They don't vote for him, he will show them the pitchforks. |

Ironically, the new claim that Obama lost the debate badly because of the number of Romney lies isn't supported by fact check. While Romney did exaggerate some issues and some were his opinion, the winner in the number of outright lies appears to go to Obama by a fair margin.
