above is STILL True, even if specific types of 'criminals' werent targeted, those who are CONVICTED of a crime are being deported

•long-time lawful permanent residents; (didnt enter illegally)

•. minors and elderly individuals; (minors couldnt consent to enter or not)

• individuals present in the United States since childhood; (no consent to commit a crime)

• pregnant or nursing women;

• victims of domestic violence; trafficking, or other serious crimes;

• individuals who suffer from a serious mental or physical disability; and

• individuals with serious health conditions.

Deport them all. Will cost 285 billion but its what you got to do.

Im not sure about those who were children when they came or who serve the country in the military

This is all G.W Bush's fault. What an awful job. Did he do anything to make America safe or prosper? How many gang members are now unaccounted for in this country?

we have a government of hundreds of men/women who are meant to work together for AMericans, but they get caught up in working for a 'party' or a platform (and against any other politician with a different party or platform) instead,,,,

If we have a government that is unable to defend its own borders what business do we have dealing with any other countries problems? Government and business together have destroyed this country. We have not fixed any problem in the last 20 years.

The ones who defend Corporations ability to hire Illegals and the ones accepting the bribes to give them amnesty should get deported along with them.

They make nice sums of money and are elected to move the country forward.

Under the law.... if you are present when a crime is committed by someone you are associated with, you are guilty of that crime as well. Even tho the charge may be decreased to frequenting (except under capital crimes), you are still in violation and subject to prosecution.

Illegals transporting children should face the consequences of their crime. If they do not, it is like saying it is ok to continue doing so...as has been the case due to lax enforcement and prosecutions in the past.

It is the main cause of the problem we face today!

Being here illegaly IS a crime, whether you are a child or an adult! May not seem fair, but it is the same law that fills our jails with citizen teens and children!
