I can relate to that but I also wanted something more versatile than just an e-reader. I put an anti-glare screen cover on mine which I really like and you can also adjust the brightness as well as the color of the page and font on the kindle fire. Yeah, I'd like something a bit more versatile as well. I was considering an iPad, but they're so expensive. I think I still may go with the kindle fire. An anti-glare screen cover sounds like a good idea. I have a Kindle, I was never interested in one, but a friend of mine upgraded so I got his old one, and I do like it more than I thought I would, it's easy to read, no eye strain. I do like that I have all of HP Lovecraft's stories collected in one place. That's the kind of thing I've heard from a lot of people.

I have a NookColor and I love it. You can use it for some internet and apps as well as buying and reading the ebooks. I watch Netflix on my Nook if I can't fall asleep and it doesn't disturb Jon.

I got the Nookcolor and I have gotta say I love it! It gets kinda slow sometomes but I still like it. The only problem that I realy have is that its not cpnnected to itunes or google play so I cant get that many good apps.
