No joke....a friend taught me microwave slow cooking in ziploc bags. It is unbelievable. It has to be done slowly with lots of monitoring and sit times but I have done roasts, hams, ribs, chicken and it is so easy, moist and succulent.
Best part.....no pots or pans to wash! :) |
