been checking out some jewelry online.....what the hell is 'bendable' (like what I got?) and how do you bend it *scratching head in confusion.

My daughter did her nose two or three times maybe 10 years ago, then gave up. She has allergies and would have lots of sneezing and did have problems with the post flying out when she sneezed. She finally gave up on it. Just recently had her lip pierced, and now is talking about her nose again. I think she is going through her second childhood - she is turning 33 on Halloween. Told her she might as well do her nipples while she is at it. She didn't appreciate my humor.

Now she talking about tattoos too, had a couple done while she was 15 by a 16 y/o friend of hers (without my permission of course).

I reminded her she has an 8 y/o girl watching all this who is going to want to start doing this stuff as she gets closer to her teen years.

well, I'm 41, and have no daughters. When my son gets home he's gonna flip "awww Mom......" and he'll want something pierced. No way will I give him permission. He's gonna have to wait for 18, and hopefully, like me, till he's MUCH older. I was 30 when I got my first tattoo......

Yep. Had a blast! No bones, no way. Very tasteful, tiny silver stud that lays flat....got told all day at work 'cute' , so guess I can pull it off....
