Topic: A friend in need is friend indeed!

God can be your best friend. If you find yourself total helpless just make God your friend.And see your problem will be solved/ you will get right direcaation for solving your problem. (Idea farom the book "The power of positive thought" by Norman Vincent.) I adon't believe in God but I do believe in my friends as they are actually right in front of mea. I can touch them, hear them, and actually see them. Well I can't claim myself a theist but when I start any work in the name of God, it improves my concentration/confidence. Well; a belief can be a strong motivator and most certainly give you the confidence you need. Whatever works for you.

It is better to have a real enemy rather than a false friend. What does friendship mean to you? I couldn't agree more, I'm tired of fake friends who treat me worse than my enemies, at least if I had enemies we would avoid one another. I don't have any known enemies but I have some pretty rotten friends.

It is better to have a real enemy rather than a false friend. What does friendship mean to you? to me, its like asking if its better to break the right or left leg they are equally horrible... In case of real enemy you get enough time for self defense. A false friend * * * * *

Can a selfish man/woman be a good friend? not in my opinion being a good friend, by nature, is being able to think of someone besides the self the truly selfish, by definition, arent willing to do so,,,
