It really does not matter why. They have no right. You should send them an email detailing your dissatisfaction. They don't like the truth to be told about Israel.... that's why. LOL
Perhaps, they don't like arbitrary and libellous statements about Jews flooding the internet? |

Perhaps, they don't like arbitrary and libellous statements about Jews flooding the internet? If they are "Libelous" then they can sue. Let them sue. They won't because they are not libelous. ![]() |

Even so.... GOOGLE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for what people put on their website.
The ADL needs to take it up with the websites IF there are libelous statements on them. Instead, they want to try to "muscle" Google into not linking to them. Thugs. |

Its No harder than suing anyone else.
If it is libel, they can sue. If not they need to back off and stop trying to impede freedom of the Internet, and freedom of speech. |

The only thing I am "reading into this" is that the ADL is out of line approaching google. They like to intimidate people with their claims of "anti-semitism" blah blah blah crap. They are thugs. Its disgusting that they are still trying to push people around with that crap. Just disgusting. |

Freedom of speech means that people should have the right to tell the truth or even tell what they believe to be the truth even if someone else does not like it. Now, if it is a lie, then take legal action. The ADL are so stupid that they wanted to blame Google for the search results. Google had to explain to them that it was an automatic algorithm. The ADL are either not smart enough to know that or else they just wanted to apply "pressure" on google to do their bidding. They are out of line to do that. That is my whole point. But they didn't do it, so who gives a ****? The ADL is a lobby group. You know what lobby groups do, right? We know you hate Jews, but at the end of the day, this story is just hysteria. I didn't know at first who actually complained to Google until I followed some links to the story where they revealed that it was the ADL who actually made the complaints. It does not matter if it was the ADL or who it was. It just turned out to be them. (Which was no surprise to me though, - thats what they do.) A lobby group my butt. THEY ARE THUGS. |

Speaking of arbitrary and libellous statements.

Its No harder than suing anyone else. If it is libel, they can sue. Not true. It depends on where the site has its IP address. If it is another country, or jurisdiction, it is difficult. Been there and done that. |

confusion freedom of speech refers to LAWS PASSED BY CONGRESS it doesnt require or refer to business and how business owners choose to conduct their freedom I cant go into any store and abuse the clerk and expect the constitution to refuse that store the right to refuse me service in the future likewise, businesses that run on advertisement make their profit off of viewership,, they have every right to choose and refuse who they do business with as it pertains to or affects their profits thats not a 'freedom of speech' issue, thats a contractual issue that each business has the right to include when choosing who to service or provide to,,,, Also, Freedom of Speech does not include incitement of violence towards others "yelling fire in a crowded theater". This would include Nazi propaganda, incitement to lynch blacks, plans to assassinate the President or terrorism recruitment etc etc. But in the case in point - no violent incitement to attack Jews. That's why people likely object.... It prompts the question, 'why would anyone object to Google removing links to anti-Semitic hate sites?' First of all, I did not see any "anti-semitic" "hate" websites. Just some sites the may not support the State of Israel and Zionism. Secondly, I can't believe you would even ask that question.! The thugs at the ADL are well known for trying to intimidate people. They can pretend to be "nice" but they are not fooling anyone. (and the organization are thugs with criminal and FBI records) Even IF they were "pretending to be polite," it is NONE OF THEIR BUSINESS if Google's automatic search engine algorithms point to sites that the ADL don't happen to like because they don't "flatter" Israel. If they have a problem with anything on any of those sites, and if any of those sites are lying, then they can sue them for libel. But to try to intimidate Google is just wrong and thuggish. Its just like the mob would do. Just like someone did to the Guy in Payton CO who was threatened to stop publishing articles about Cattle mutilations... threatened with his life and family's life. I saw nothing illegal or inflammatory on any of the sites they linked to. Just a lot of information that perhaps Israel and the ADL might not want publicized. To go to Google is improper. Google strives to give the best results to people who search for certain key words. No one has the right to interfere with ANY FLOW OF INFORMATION that is not illegal. Business is business and they are sticking their nose where it does not belong. If they don't like the sites, then they should take it up with the sites, not the search engine. geeeze. Of course you didn't see any anti-semitic hate websites, because you refuse to see that. Some of what you post here is anti-semitic and you refuse to admit that. ![]() |

In this example of copyright breach I was involved they were the same country. However, you are correct. |
