My best tip is to chill the flower nail in the freezer dab of icing topped with a 2inch sq of wax paper for about 10-15 mins... then go to town spinning it....back to freezer to help set up.... That is what I did....how about you? |

Awwwwww best tip is check out your local craft store usually they have a cake decorating classes given by Wilton took it myself when my kids were little made all there cakes and decorated them through the years. They had all the kewl cakes each year tood me a little longer to decorate but was well worth it in the end they are 22 & 25 now and still talk about the cakes they had on there B-Days.
Its a good class to take and they teach all the little tricks |

Me? I call my local Kroger if I want it to look good. Otherwise, it should be the effort. Used to make the UGLIEST birthday cakes for friends. They were tasty, though.
