Each day we are treated to Israeli indignation over Iran's Nuclear Research. Iran has signed the Non Proliferation Treaty and Israel has not and threatens the area with its nuclear arsenal.
It really does not seem to be a peaceful or fair position. |

Israel has had nuclear weapons since the 60's and how many times have they used them? Iran will either use them or give them to a terrorist cell to use against Israel or the US. Israel has shown amazing restraint and have been within their rights to use their nuclear weapons on several occasions but they haven't. Israel also doesn't fund and supply terrorist orginizations like Hamas, Hezbullah, AQ, EIJ, TTP which Iran is known to support, funance and arm. Israel also doesn't plan and attempt to carry out terrorist acts on other nations which Iran has planned and got caught planning several recent ones. |

why not just title these threads "I hate Israel" and be done with it? we have talked about this more than once, and you know that pakistan and india didn't sign it either, and now North Korea just dropped out of it.... but it is only Israel your concerned about? why is that?

Because Israel is a state that doesn't practice what they preach or live up to their end of any deal!
They feel the NPT does not apply to THEM!

Israel had a very active nuclear program long before the NPT was conceived and did not wish to declare their program and tell their
ultraviolent threatening neighbors the exact status of their programs. So they declined to participate. No big deal. Israel has never threatened anyone or started any offensive wars ever. They still do not officially declare anything about their nuclear activities but it is easy to see that their program is quite small and not very active. They may or may not have many weapons but Israel has shown a 50 year history of restraint and responsible behavior so they pose no threat at all to anyone. |
