trust, the ones who dont pay 'income tax' would prefer to be in the income bracket that does,,,but so long as they are preached at that any job is better than no job and the wages can be kept below that income bracket,, the ones earning the most will accumulate more wealth and more power under the guise that they have 'earned' it by 'working' (as if those who dont earn the same arent working just as hard)

Your comment is the purest form of communism. I earn far more per hour than the average worker because of seven years of college that I worked low paying jobs to put myself through.

I guess ID rather be communist than classist then,,,

so wages are a reflection of money spent on education? NOT

what makes your choice to spend what you worked for on education any better or worse than someone elses choice to spend it on other necessities in life? you both spent that time WORKING

I Wish we were paid based on the value of what was invested in our degree, because I went through college too,,,,yet I Still am not in the income bracket to pay tax on,,,,and Im nowhere near alone

but keep telling yourself you deserve it more because of your college ,,,,

last I checked, it was supposed to be hard work that gets rewarded, not just the ability to afford or attend college and college grads arent the only ones who put in HARD WORK, nor should they be the only ones with the opportunity at decent income,,,

Ahhhh, the straw man rears it's ugly head again. Communist vs classist... attack the classist... equate the pay level of the engineer/material scientist to the ditch digger.

Karl Marx deja vu

I dont recall posting any of that

It was implied my statement was 'sociaist',,(name calling)

whats good for the goose is good for the gander
as I consider the insinuation that attending college makes one more deserving of opportunity to be classist

not everyone who attends college goes for engineering, and not even everyone (probably not most) who are in high income brackets had to work their way through college, if they went

most wealth in this country is passed down, most the well off folks who attended college were able to because their parents were well off enough to send them

for those not in that loop of wealth, even if they are working just as 'hard', their opportunities are much more likely to hit a ceiling that continues to send wealth to the top while keeping them far away from the top themself

these are called generalizations, there are no absolutes,,,
