I have a newsflash and it aint pretty

in our CURRENT justice system, people are 'arrested' often because of past offenses which match some current crime

those who havent done the crime STILL do the time if they dont have money to post bail or have a decent lawyer

they stay in JAIL until such time a trial can happen (Sometimes quite a while) and then DURING The trial as well


this is not shocking news to me, its not shocking that the crime in question now is 'terrorism'

its not even shocking that its only becoming shocking now that it might affect more than just the 'have nots' and impoverished/undereducated,,,,,

Exactly how many of our prisoners are a threat to society? No one seems to notice, no one seems to care. Whistle-blowers are now considered criminals. What a joke.

I dont know. I guess I wouldnt be able to know until they actually HARMED or KILLED someone.

I was referring to the people in Prison who just sell Drugs who make up the majority of the Prison population. Not a threat to anyone.

Our judicial system, down to the city level needs to be cleaned up. We have way too many people in prison that don't belong there.

And way too many who aren't locked up.
