HOPEWELL, Va. (WTVR) – A Hopewell circuit court judge has ordered that a Marine veteran detained over anti-government Facebook posts be released from a psychiatric hospital.
CBS 6 News’ Catie Beck said the Judge Allan Sharrett dismissed the case Thursday against Brandon Raub. The judge said the original petition for Raub’s detention contained no facts. In other words, there was no information on why Raub was being held — and the judge deemed this violated his civil liberties. As a result, the judge ruled the government had no grounds to hold Raub. |

That is how you see it. When they start kidnapping (not even arresting) and questioning a person for a few face book posts, there should be a lot of concerned people.
But the sheeple fail to notice how this country is turning towards a big brother dictatorship. Now you can be afraid about what you post on facebook. Now you can KNOW that the NSA, CIA and FBI are watching facebook. But hey, if you are an innocent, law abiding, patriot and if you make sure you don't say something critical about the government you'll be okay. Oh, that's right.... he is an innocent law abiding patriot. They just didn't like what he said. |

I guess now, if you want to own guns, you better go see a psychiatrist and have him legally declare you perfectly sane. In addition to showing the police your identification, you will have to show them your papers declaring you are free from mental defect.
