It is beyond me why people have to say goodbye. After all, they started as friends... They start as acquaintances, then progress to friendship as they learn about each other....or not. That's how i view it anyway. |

People are so unusual. Why do people get nasty when a person tells them goodbye? Has this happened to you? I do not make friends easily, in consequence I have never said goodbye, a friend is always a friend in my opinion. Regarding romantic friendships, I have hardly ever remained friends after saying goodbye, no matter whom decided it was not going to be, but never any nastyness. I think it is the rejection or disappointment which hurts one or the other, and I suppose it can cause some people to be nasty. My divorce, that I am afraid was all out war. |
