Whoever let you out of your cage in the philosophy thread did a kind deed for humanity. well actually I was excommunicated for blasphemy To the op, in the same vein: give money to beggars, tip generously, be kind to kids and smaller animals, don't swear, don't be rude, don't expectorate, esp. indoors; don't kick the maitre d', don't sue her mother after the date for giving her life, don't chew with your mouth open, don't slouch at the dinner table, and don't force yourself, a kiss, or anything sexual on her at the supposed end of the date. and you're right about not kicking the maitre d' or anyone that might handle your food because if eked they may decide to add their own special blend of ingredients to your meal

My kinda gal! I got no problem letting you pay...matter of fact, you should probably spring for a couple of extra drinks and a souvenier or two to ensure that you have your way with me and get me to let you use me for cheap and meaningless sex. Just trying to help. (I ain't trying to get you to spend ALL your money....we can stop at a gas station and I will jump out and steal a squeegee and a handfull of paper towels so I can send you back home with a little dignity) :) The rest of your money I will jack while you are passed out...then I throw a beer on ya and call the cops claiming the drunk chick is trying to do me dirty....the cops always believe me.

Seriously with all the expectations men put on us, the least they can do is pay for something...we are supposed to pay for boobs, tummy tucks, manicures, make-up, blah blah blah, and have money left over for dinner. get real, sheesh! My lipstick costs more than the meal you are about to buy me.

if a man was turned off cause i go dutch on our first date..im ok with that..to each his own,just dont feed me with something on credit..that's why when i accept a date, i always say it beforehand..

Prepare for the date by telling yourself that this is just a night out and that whatever happens, meeting new people is always great and refreshing. Refusing to go on a blind date just ends up limiting your options.
