I am suspicious that they checked him twice and he still allegedly had a gun.
IT is possible though, IF one has a gun, to have cuffs on and shoot oneself,,depending upon whether the cuffs are in front or back or how limber the shooter is (they can sometimes bring the cuffs under their feet so their hands are in front) of course, if his hands were STILL Behind his back,, thats another story,,, |

If they missed a gun twice they are in the wrong profession. I don't see them handcuffing with the hands in front, I have NEVER cuffed someone from the front, your just asking for problems if you do. |
