I never had you pegged as the "spiritual type", Johnn. I'm impressed. Well that's about it as far as my spiritual rituals go... I keep my spirituality somewhat hidden Ruth... I focus mainly on my body/mind/actions and how they can outwardly influence others inner peace and stability. It works for me... and everyone else!

Ruth! Very well done... No camera shyness there I tell ya I've used sage... Now I prefer using Coarse sea salt in every corner of every room for 24hrs... small prayers, good thoughts and Voila! I usually do this when someone or something has entered my home and disturbed the flow of good energy. I'm fiercely protective of my home environment as a rule... but chit happens. This one I've done. But I heard that I have to put the salt in water, so that's what I did, and placed it on the four corners of my house.

Hahaha. Honestly, I didn't know what I was doing, but thought it was worth a try. :D So just the sea salt? Then after 24 hours, it can be swept clean? Salt water works fine. That's basically what Catholic Holy Water is. Salt water that's had prayers said over it by a Priest. I've put it in a spray bottle before and spraye it around. Works great. I just like the smell of sage a lot. That's why I prefer the saging method.

You have a lovely warm friendly face Ruth, thanks for sharing the sage cleansing. I burn perfumed candles which appears to create an ambience of calm throughout my household, but i would like to try the sage :-)

As is sound....like with a bell. Crystals are very good for absorbing and/or dispersing negative energy. I have many of them, but the best one for clearing out bad vibes is a black tourmaline.

I even believe that it can manifest into dangerous energy forms when there has been a lot of fighting or violence in a home. I doubt Maria is facing harmful entities, but I have no doubt there is a lot of negative energy in that home. I spiritually cleanse my home frequently - not because there is fighting going on here, but even the regular day to day energy we bring home can build up and cause problems. The only way to purge Your house of unwanted spirits is by venerating and worshiping only The One True God. Polytheism, or veneration of 'other' Entities and 'would-be' gods will only escalate the problem. Who is this One True God, You may ask...? He is the God that will not accept any image to serve as his compliment. (No Pictures, No Idols, No Avatars)
