hmm my advice is that you find someone who wants you for you , if they don't like you with a couple of pounds then they aren't worth it to begin with because im pretty sure he's not perfect what matters is you're comfortable with yourself and most importantly happy, if you feel like you want to diet and exercise do it if you're happy don't and dump him get over it, but .. this thread seems more like you want attention from people telling you you're beautiful so my advice would be find your own beauty and you won't need others to tell you that to affirm it, even though a compliment now and then never hurts!
