Pretty good profile on the rewrite. Telling people you are willing to answer questions is friendly even if it kind of is better to leave a door open that suggests a question. Called a hook close to motivate people to respond to you.

Think you are a lot more inviteing in the second shot even with the distracting background. Photoshop that out and you have a Great picture. Looks like a genuine smile. You probably hate it but the little dimple is useually good with the ladies.

You are fortuneate to have some great coloring in your face so I would keep the lead as a second shot. You add a shirt that picks up on your coloring or enlarge it slightly to get more of your face for the bit picture on the forum posts and you could advance to outstanding even with the "brooding" look.

I think I would dump the third shot. You already have the 420 in caps so not like you need to repeat that you get stoned. Probably not a smart thing to do career wise. Don't kid yourself employers google candidates. Common mistake for people to put their hands up in the face poseing but it rarely comes off as cool and kind of makes your photo array drop a note or two.

I grade really tough so getting and 7 out of 10 score on this is really rare for a twenty something. Not going to lie the age is going to make things tough but you are smart enough to take advice constructively and employed so you are going to get play if you hang around and post.
