Everyone has different preferences when it comes to age. I prefer men who are close to my age or a bit younger. So yes, to me, age does matter quite a bit.

I'm not so picky about age-maturity is more important. The best criteria I can imagine now is-young enough to be my daughter or old enough to be my mother is a no-go in general.

IN SAME AGE UNDERSTANDING IS MORE. SO AGE DIFFERENCE MATTERS. BUT IN SOME EXCEPTIONAL CASES AGE DIFFERENCES DOESN'T MATTER AT ALL.

I agree, I prefer someone closer to the same 'stage' in their life as me,,,that kind of excludes those still going through college years or those who have already hit retirement to me EXPERIENCE matters, and it is often tied to how long we have been living ,,,,, |

Anything within 5 years is completely normal and acceptable.
10+ raise one eyebrow. 15+ is naughty. 20+ is very naughty- borderline creepster. 25+ oh my you are bad. 30+ ¡felicidades! 35+ call the fire dept 40+ big bucks for videos

Some dating sites suggest searching for a partner with not more than five years age difference either side of your own age, because the chances of a successful relationship with someone when the age difference is beyond this range is quite small. I can think of a number of celebrity marriages where the age difference gaps are much wider than this, and I know, some of them have failed, but not all. Should we follow this advice regarding age, does age difference really matter in forming a successful relationship? 0h n0! N0t at all times! Well im already liking a guy wh0se old en0ugh as my father right n0w!haha..i find y0ung guys abusive and all 'sex minded' n0w adays..so im n0t regretting to be with this guy alth0ugh we had a big age gap!
