I got a haircut and shaved. Don't kill me, I'll grow it back. You have hair to cut? Hmmmm that's odd. 
I have one on each side of my head.... Oh so you literally got " A " haircut, as in one hair, I get it now, I was confused for a second.

Dear Self, Stop beating yourself up. You have Lupus and it's okay that you crash out every weekend. You should be proud of yourself for holding down a full time job while raising 3 amazing kids. It's good enough. You're not a failure. 
And you make (bleep)tastic delicious cakes! :) I'm gonna make a good one this weekend.

I was thinking about how a status symbol of today is those cell phones that everyone has clipped onto their belt or purse. I can't afford one. So, I'm wearing my garage door opener. I also made a cover for my hearing aid and now I have what they call blue teeth, I think.

It's been so long since I've been here yet it feels like home. I still think about you often and always smile. Knowing you has been a profound experience that makes me want to be a better person. I can never thank you enough for that.
