Dear Self, Stop beating yourself up. You have Lupus and it's okay that you crash out every weekend. You should be proud of yourself for holding down a full time job while raising 3 amazing kids. It's good enough. You're not a failure. You probably need that rest to continue on the following week without over doing it. The fact that your even thinking about being more productive, shows your not a slacker and most likely would do more if your body was complying... Try to have a good week... Thank you....that was very encouraging to me.
