Am I the only old flatulent being without 'em? How do you cope without grandkids to play with?

it's fun having grand kids, i saw that happiness from my parents when i have my son...encourage kids to have one...i would assume you have one...

I have a son and daughter both married in their late 20s. Eventually I will get some.

Grand kids? I'm still trying to get over being an uncle. I'm not even sure I want kids of my own anymore, let alone grand kids.

I wuv children. My foster daughter has a 4 year old. They came and lived with me a short while ago. I am so blessed to be her godmother and the one to have her should anything happen to her mother, which it wont!!

In 9 weeks I will have my first Grandson, I cannot wait..

i'll pray for you to have one soon so you will enjoy also the feeling of having one...for me i think i'm still young to dream for that or maybe my son is lol...for everyone who have one, enjoy the grandparenting and Godbless...

I have nine grandkids and don't get to see them nearly enough. Skype is awesome for story time and shareing.

Hang in there about having Grands. It is better to have to wait and them to come when their parents are ready than have the little ones hold your heart and then be torn away by fueding parents. Doesn't seem right to "divorce" your grandkids just because the parents decide you have to take a side but it happens.

There is a super fun program called Foster grandparents where you "grandparent" a kid in the system. Really gives you a chance to make a huge differentce in a child's life and your own.

Grandchildren are wonderful. My 20 month grandson is calling me mamma - love it!!

Well, I didn't have my first until I was 34, and my family had just about given up on me! There is hope for you, yet, Grandpa-to-be. :)
