How to start talking to a girl, whome i dnt kn n never talked?

Follow this with an open ended question like "Do you know where I can get a good pizza around here?" It doesn't matter what you ask as long as it starts a conversation.

Do this ten times and you'll start to figure out the rest.

Move on? Not everyone who catches your eye is going to be interested, just as you're not going to be interested in everyone whose eye you happen to catch. If it's meant to be, it will be, if not, it's not, just move on.
