Seems we have some serious issues wanting to keep that from happening again....

My grandparents weren't born here, most of ours weren't.

That's an unfortunate way to feel about other people. There are racists, but the vast majority of the opposition to illegal immigration is based on legal or economic grounds.

You should really spend some time reading why people oppose illegal immigration, it might raise your opinion of your fellow Americans.

Yes but they do not allow non-citizens to become citizens.......and a naturalized citizens can hold office and collect benefits in this country.

I dont know that thats true, Im almost sure you can gain citizenship in Mexico , they need money too,,lol

and nothing in that list says citizens(however they become citizens) cant also hold office,,,


technically, I guess we dont allow non residents to vote either, so thats one more we share

voting REQUIRES proof of residency,,,
