Good read If you have time, listen to the radio bit on it with the filing attorney and the director of it in the above link You'll love it! They are moving to remove ALL binding of ALL delegates (by getting a federal judgement on it for clarity tho the law already exists) so Robme will go to the convention with ZERO delegates as will Paul, Santorum, Gingrich and any with suspended campaigns on an equal playing field....so the delegates will decide! So much for an RNC/GOP "chosen" nominee! |

*Breaking News* More Delegates Want to Join Republican Revolt Submitted on Fri, 06/15/2012 - 12:59 Courthouse News Service: More Delegates Want to Join Repub Revolt Friday, June 15, 2012 "SANTA ANA, Calif. (CN) - In a revolt against Romney, at least 40 more national convention delegates asked to join 123 previous plaintiffs in a lawsuit against the Republican National Committee, and their attorney said hundreds more may soon follow suit. The first 123 delegates, all from the 9th Circuit, sued the RNC, its Chairman Rince Priebus, and every state party chairman in the 9th Circuit in Federal Court on Monday, demanding the right to vote for the candidate of their choice on every ballot at the Republican National Convention, including the first. The delegates claim the party violated federal law by forcing them to sign loyalty affidavits, under threat of perjury, to vote for Mitt Romney, though he is not yet the official nominee. They also claimed that state party chairmen are fixing elections at state conventions and changing ballots so that all votes cast count for Romney. "When nominating someone for a federal office, all delegates must be free to vote their conscience," Richard Gilbert, of Gilbert & Marlowe, attorney for the delegates, told Courthouse News in an interview Thursday. "They don't want to be bound to any candidate, or even be forced to vote for the nominee," Gilbert said. "To have a real convention, the delegates must have free will so that when they meet, they can persuade each other and then decide who to vote for." |

Ummm....you DO know he didn't receive the nomination? And thank goodness for that. Nor has Robme......and he may not still (if you had bothered to watch the video or listen to the radio clip) Robme and the RNC are being sued and charged with voter fraud and ballot tampering! RICO charges are pending (that's racketeering charges for those who don't know what RICO is....think Al Capone...) Robme will be lucky to walk away from this at all... unless he distances himself, testifies and gives up names, or drops out "First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win." Ghandi As a side note..... Robme and one of his sons, also one of his contributor/partners is facing "other" RICO charges they have been trying to stall until after the election on a real estate swindle... I think maybe they were hoping to rush his nomination thru in hopes to invoke Presidential privilege as Obozo has! |

Op-Ed: Lawyers for Ron Paul take over campaign
By Mindy Allan Lawyers for Ron Paul are now formally running the Ron Paul campaign to continue the fight for the freedom of the American people. They refuse to bow down to the threats to quit so Romney can have the nomination. "Lawyers for Ron Paul", which is a group of avid supporters that is unaffiliated with Ron Paul, has taken over the Ron Paul campaign to expose the fraud, and threats that have pushed father and son to bow out. Ron Paul supporters are stepping up to continue the fight to get Ron Paul on the ballot in Tampa. The Ron Paul campaign started crashing after the rumored threat against Ron Paul was made at the Bilderberg meeting and reported by Alex Jones which was followed up by the endorsement by Rand Paul for Mitt Romney. Why did the Paul's change direction? A repeat of what happened to Ross Perot is happening again with the Ron Paul campaign. The only difference this time is "Lawyers from Ron Paul" & his supporters are moving forward without the consent of the Paul's who are no longer speaking out against Romney. If the choice is between the lives of your family or the continued fight for the people most would make the choice that Perot did, and now the Paul's have had to make. Bullies don't make life easy and a growing problem the U.S. in every area, from politics, food, gas, housing, small business and war, this sickness continues to take lives, and change what the United States stands for. Ron Paul's "Freedom Movement" has stirred the hearts and souls of the American people young, old, all races, from every background. Never before have the people been so strong in a belief as the one Ron Paul has instilled in them, which is why the Ron Paul campaign continues. Will there be more threats on the people who support this movement? More than likely, as nothing good ever comes without sacrifice. Everything has been done to squash the Ron Paul campaign, no mainstream media reports on his campaign, the racist card was pulled, the voting machines manipulated, the delegates threatened. Supporters are starting to realize it is up to them to carry Ron Paul who has come so far only to be halted by threats and corruption. The Liberty Event to honor Ron Paul in Tampa where over 100,000 people from around the country are expected to attend is now the next Ron Paul event the RNC wants to shut down . Officials are dragging their feet on approval for the event to happen. This could possibly be what the RNC wants since mainstream news will be there, and would show the world who the people really want for the next president of the United State. Now the American people are stepping up to takeover where Ron Paul has had to stop. The message is now being heard through the voices of the people and will continue on to the convention with it no matter what. The battle for freedom and justice is moving forward with undeniable strength that seeks real change! |

http://robertringer.com/2012/06/howard-dean-we-owe-something-to-the-government/ Howard Dean: “We owe something to the government.” By Robert Ringer - Monday, June 18, 2012 Last week, the Dean of Dumb, Howard himself, was at his outrageous best on The Kudlow Report, debating Bernie Marcus, cofounder of Home Depot. Marcus is an unabashed champion of capitalism and an advocate of shrinking the size of government. In response to Marcus’ statement that the answer to America’s economic woes is not taxation and that the government doesn’t own his money, Dean shouted: “You made a lot of money because you live in the United States of America. We owe something to the government [my emphasis] to grow up in this great country. And I’m tired of hearing people in the private sector talk like they don’t owe the government anything, because we [sic] do. … You’re damn lucky to live in America, and you ought to pay the right bill for it.” Sorry, Howard, but if a person makes a lot of money by selling people products and services they want, he doesn’t owe anyone — especially the government — anything for his success. The progressive notion of “giving back” implies that a person took something from others against their will. I realize that Dean’s brain resides in the never-never land of the lunatic left, but … c’mon … the man was governor of a state. And in 2004, he campaigned for the Democratic Party’s nomination for president of the United States. Even today, Dean makes big bucks on the speaking circuit and is a regular guest on television. So, either he knows better than to make such statements or he should know better. For years, I’ve been preaching that rather than ignoring your enemies, you should learn from them. Yes, you can even learn something from Howard Dean’s idiotic remarks. For me, his jaw-dropping statement on Kudlow — that “We owe something to the government to grow up in this great country” — was a sharp reminder of how statists view the world. Note that I said statists rather than liberals, progressives, socialists, Marxists, or communists. Statism goes beyond ideological labels. Statism is the arrogant, anti-liberty belief that all power should be concentrated in the state and that people’s rights are derived from the government. George Bush I and II are statists. And recently another Bush, Jeb, made it clear that he, too, is a statist when he warned that the Republican Party must become “more moderate.” That’s right, it’s not enough to run back-to-back candidates like Mush McCain and Mushier Romney for president. No sir, Republicans must work on becoming even more “moderate.” Regardless of political-theater speeches to the contrary, the majority in both wings of the Demopublican Party agree on the foundational premise that the state has a right to ignore the Constitution. Their differences lie only in how much of the Constitution it has a right to ignore, and to what extent. I will shout it from the rooftops until the government shuts me up with a well-aimed drone: It is the government — not the people — whose rights are limited by the Constitution, and those limitations are made clear by the Ninth and Tenth Amendments! By contrast, individuals can do anything they damn well please, so long as they are not committing acts of aggression against others. And what they do is none of the government’s business. That’s what Natural Law is all about. Unfortunately, however, politicians have zero interest in Natural Law. Most of the time, of course, government does not have to use violence to protect its statist agenda. There are always more than enough useful idiots around to cheer on politicians at political gatherings — particularly at nominating conventions and election victory celebrations — to assure the perpetuation of the statist system without having to resort to the use of force. Of course, the useful idiots who are most helpful to the statists in Washington are the ones employed by the media. Take Bill O’Reilly, who represents those patriotic folks who can always be counted on to fall in line when the state employs its age-old pomp-and-circumstance tactics. As just one example of his unflinching patriotism, O’Reilly constantly reminds viewers that they must respect the office of the presidency. Strange … very strange. I thought you could only respect — or disrespect — people. How do you respect an abstraction such as an “office?” Pretty silly when you think about it, but that’s what pomp and circumstance is all about. Even if it were possible to respect an office (it isn’t), how could anyone other than a diehard statist respect an office that has been held by such scoundrels as Woodrow Wilson, Franklin D. Roosevelt, Lyndon Johnson, Richard Nixon, Jimmy Carter, George H.W. Bush, Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, and, of course, the current Scoundrel-in-Chief, Barack Obama? Sorry, but “respecting the office of the presidency” does not make you patriotic. Nor are you patriotic for paying more taxes, as Delaware Dimwit Joe Biden would have you believe. Patriotism is about having the courage to demand that the government abide by the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution. Patriotism is also about having the courage to refuse to vote for the lesser of two evils. Urging people to be a part of this sham is a crucial element in perpetuating the corrupt, one-party, statist system we now have. In that respect, the lawsuit now pending against the Republican Party by Ron Paul supporters is a supreme act of courage and principle. Throughout my lifetime, the Republicans’ excuse for voting for yet another statist candidate has been, “Let’s just get the Democrat out of the White House by closing ranks around the ‘most electable candidate’ we have, then we can pressure him into moving to the right once he’s in office.” Sounds like a great strategy, but, unfortunately, it’s a strategy that has never worked. Nor will it work this time around. If there is an election in November … and if Romney ends up getting the nomination after an ugly slugfest with the Ron Paul troops in Tampa … and if he then beats the current presidential pretender in the White House, some of his once-conservative converts (e.g., Ann Coulter) will realize that the Republican copout strategy failed once again when MittMan starts lecturing his subjects on how lucky they are to live in America. I hate watching reruns of old movies! |
