I don't like this site because they only let you send 10 messages per day. They also tried to trick me into giving them my phone number to complete my profile. Additionally, most of the people that use this site aren't who they claim to be; meaning the person in their picture is not the person you are typing with. So, don't feel bad if you're "rejected". If you don't see them in a webcam, interfacing with you in an actual conversation it's likely they are not who they claim to be anyway, and are most likely here just to bring people down. I've cancelled most of my online profiles, and I'll likely do the same here. Maybe you'd meet someone at school; if you're not going, maybe you should check it out. Hmmmm...I know a bunch of people from this site that when I met them in person, I'd have recognized them immediately. Maybe you are looking for something besides the 'real' person. |

Why close a profile? You might catch someones eye. Ill be here as long as it takes, i mean if i am not dating now why just give up. Going to this site was just an act of late night boredom, yes i want to find someone but i would not just give up. Besides this site is kinda cool.
I don't see why you would just close your profile. I will keep it open as long as i have too. I am also a forum goer, i LOVE forums! Get into the forums and log on every few days. And to the guy that said people are not who they claim to be and this and other sites are trash. I would think again and stop being so negetive. You do have a few people here and there that lie but most people are pretty legit. You should also set your standards lower if you want to find someone. Am i after a supermodel? Sure it would be nice but NO, i give everyone a chance. I have been single for a few years now do to me living in a stupid small town full of nothing to do and not knowing anyone. Do i give up?
