Another attack on women and another attack on the poor.

The average congressman 'makes' 174K a year.
He is paid with our taxes also. I hardly think any of them are earning it...do you?

If were going to test the poor then we need to test the rich also.

Drug tests and mandatory military service for elected officials....works for me! drinker

There is no such thing as a free ride to a person of conviction and pride.

Our current welfare/warfare state has created extremes as the norm in both directions and is destroying our nation!

the welfare system is not a 'free ride'

the duration someone can receive welfare in a lifetime is max of 5 years

single parents with two kids will receive maybe five thousand per year cash , IF they agree to do 'welfare to work' employment
a max of six grand a year in food for their family

thats a measly 55000 over a lifetime IF they use the entire five years

divide that by the years americans are expected to work {18-65) and you come up with about one thousand dollars a year over their lifetime

its a drop in the bucket compared to other expenses in our national budget,, its hardly a 'free' ride, and its just another divisive ploy/fear tactic to pit people against each other and convince them not to expect anything from the government and the budget they pay into,,,,,

Documented facts are sometimes a good thing.
Especially when the posts attempt to pass opinion as fact

You should read the documents about Rick Scott and the $1.7 billion dollar medicaid/medicare scam.Whistleblowers even tesified saying he was behind it and knew about it and somehow some of that $1.7 billion made it all go away.Other than that he's an alright Governor.

Looks to me he(Rick Scott) feels bad about playing dumb in the fraud case so now this is a way of putting back what he took even though it's not his money. So my point is it's not just the poor people that defraud medicaid/medicare which is part of the Social Welfare network.

I spose if anyone collecting public funds must be tested, then the govnuh should get out a pee cup.
If he thinks that will save money, I hope he noticed that the stats on drug users are lower on those who collect funds vs. the general population. Way to spend public funds.

More interesting than the ketchup testing tho. I am more interested in the results of the politicians pee.

thank you,, people continue to believe old information
