Once you have 8 or 9 kids and make minimum wage it is obvious to me you have no sense of responsibility. That should factor in on spay and neutering. I have a hard enough time paying for my children, I don't want to pay for some irresponsible buffoons too.

It takes two to make a rug-rat.
And, I would wager, he didn't have to pry open those legs. |

I have a hard enough time paying for my children, I don't want to pay for some irresponsible buffoons too. but who will decide, is my concern and because you think it should cut off at 8 or 9, maybe the decision maker wants to cut it off at 2? and if they cut it off at 2, do they cut it off for the man and the woman and what future damage might that do to their bodies or their chance of having a larger family when their finances change? situations change, I am just not comfortable for condemning a persons opportunity to expand their family for bad choices that are , BASICALLY, being decided strictly on some financial criteria |
