The Taj Mahal (is l)isted as one of the seven wonders of the world,... I am not sure if that's true. The seven wonders of the world were identified as the seven wonders of the ANCIENT world. Such as the pyramids, the Colossus of Halicarnassos, the hanging gardens of Semiramis, the Labirynths of Crete, the Library of Alexandria, and some others. Two in number. I can't remember what they were. These were all built before the Birth of Christ. I am not sure, and I admit I could be wrong, but I feel that the Taj Mahal is more modern a building. If it was built after the Birth of Christ, then it, by definition, is not one of the seven wonders of the world. ---------- I did not say this, to take away from the might and beauty, the transcendental spirit of beauty that the Taj Mahal emanates. I love the Taj Mahal, it is one of the greatest achievement of man, and I say it because it is a symbolic of man's love for woman, not man's love for some angry and unappeasable god or gods. The Taj Mahal may be a protected site by the World Heritage Foundation, it may be a great tourist attraction, the most precious jem of diamonds in amongst the buildings of India, so to speak; but it is not one of the seven wonders, unless for sure I am wrong. But I am for sure right if the Taj Mahal was built after the start of the Western world's calendar. |

Helen of Troy was not of Troy, actually... she was abducted and kept as a sex-slave of the ruler of Troy. In those days the term was direct and literal in its meaning. But the joke was on Mr. Troy. Helen was a man; to the Greeks in those days this was not very much of an issue. He got his sex-gender name form "He-Len" (Today we have She-males, and He-females; then they customarily gave the prounoun lead word an ending of the shortening of the first name.) Helen was originally christened Leonard, or Leonidas, his nicname in grade 4 was Len, and therefore his female name was "He-Len". Oh get away with you.... We all know very well Helen was a goat..silly ![]() Now that the old goat is out of the bag... the truth is that Helen was a self-lubricating pocket-poooossy and nail-file combination, with some secret snake-venom compartment. A veritable swiss army knife epoch-appropriately made for the times then. It was made of 24-karat gold... weighing exactly 28 Troy ounces. |

I know what you mean!...most men i know have NFI, and those that do are either taken or gay ![]() What is NFI? And I'm not taken or GAY, biotchy dayum it! Oh, poo. I just got what you meant to say with this. Admitting to know what NFI means is equivalent to admitting to one's own gayhood. Pits. But it could be a case of the double-negative... (Where is that fing Hercule Poirot when you need him?) if you have NFI about what the expression NFI means, then you are in a position of omniscience, which is a perfect and irrefutable proof of one's own homosexuality... because then you are very much like Jesus, the first Jew who was both God and Gay. So... in conclusion... never argue with a smart boitch, becaue then you can only lose the argument... whether you agree with her or you disagree, she triumphs in making you gay. |

My apologies to the "pedantic" for not being specific ![]() I don't believe they have a category for mammals though, and now is as good a time as any to put forth a suggestion to the powers that be...whoever he may be...for a new list of wonders... The Seven Wonders of the Mammal World Works for me ![]() |

I know what you mean!...most men i know have NFI, and those that do are either taken or gay ![]() Well, I'm neither gay nor taken. Yet, I have an "I". Also, there is a reason why the movie named Clueless is about someone who is female. |
