I am making a meal for some friends. So far I am making pulled pork, homemade potato salad, and baked beans. I need another side but I can't think of one. Any suggestions? It is a Southern thing. I have to have a meat and three......

potato skins with cheese and bacon make sure you have a good amount of bacon. Actually sweet potato skins with cheese and bacon might taste good too... I have to try that now.

Sounds good but I have potato salad and it took me 6 hours to make that.......

well only other sides i can think of are rather... time consuming like quail or rabbit and not everyone likes rabbit. Maybe a thick soup ?

chicken soup salad onion rings or garlic bread maybe apple sauce hope it helps

If you take frozen whole green beans and fry them in a small amount of coconut oil, they get a deep nutty flavor and a crunchy texture. Really good as a side and unusual.

I have to have a meat and three...... BBQ Pulled pork is really good in a bed of mashed potatoes, especially when you use a lot of sauce. Just play like you are doing a 5th Grade science project and make little volcanoes with it.
