I've noticed that some of my emails are never received by the recipient. Is this a known bug? Is it an unknown bug? Or are people just ignoring me?

How do you know they are unreceived, has the
intended recipient told you so?
The reason I ask is, if you are going by the
column that says 'Read' in your (email) 'Sent'
file, and it shows as NOT read, besides being
unREAD, if they have you 'Blocked' it stays
that way indefinitely.

If you send an email to someone who has you
blocked by preference (like age, location)
it would not go through, on first pass. (Once
an email has been exchanged, that is overcome,
like if they mailed you first, and you did not
have limiting preferences that excluded you.)

I have also seen this complaint and no reason
has been found, laid to rest at the glitch door :-)

I'm just assuming they weren't received. I've sent email to people who probably don't have me blocked, but I have no way of knowing. Oh well, thanks for the reply.

Actually...an email i sent to someone was recieved, but there was no text in the mail??? He told me that he received the mail...but no text. And yes i did....typed a couple of good paragraphs before i sent it.

Do you have me blocked? I sent you an email a couple weeks ago and you never read it.

I've had this happen, even with people I've mailed back and forth with, if I click on the send message through their profile they don't receive it, but if I reply from one of their old messages to me it goes through.

There is no bug with respect to Mingle2 mails, at this time. The only mails that are not delivered are inappropriate ones (profane language, contact information, etc.) to members with whom the sender is not in regular contact.

Of course, if a person sends a message to an account which has the person blocked, that message will not delivered.

The email i sent with apparently no text, didn't have any profanity or contact information in it. Admittedly though, it was a first mail to the receiver. The following email to him i had no problem with.
