It's called the 4th amendment....or what's left of it!

where is the 'expectation of privacy' in a culture with google satellite available to any internet user?

Your neighbor trying to see you naked by the pool is a whole lot different than a police state that can break into your home on "suspiction" from "likely" activities "believed" to be illegal and obtained by a means that violates your constitutional rights under the 4th amendment!

It's people who say "Oh well, doesn't bother or affect me..." that allows the destruction taking place to our rights and freedoms!

As judge Nap said....it takes an act of congress, approved by the people and signed by the POTUS to make it legal! The fact that IT IS NOT....should be enough for ANYONE!

I havent actually read a bill or a law relevant to the OP, so I will decline further judgment, but I will also decline to become immediately alarmed.
