Perhaps only those people who are capable of real togetherness have that look of being alone in the world.

I think people who aren't of real togheterness have the same problem. How does one determine if they are capable of real togetherness? That's gotta be a very horrible look. No family no friends? I'm thinking depression. You need to talk to someone!
