actually you are allowed in some states to lawfully defend your family
and residence as long as you don't use unnessary force.

I'm not saying that he did the wrong thing by calling the cops just I
would've handled it different. It's just a good thing she lived
otherwise you'ld probably feel alot worse Terrance. Taht is the problem
with todays world. Everyone is begining to think that what is going on
in their neighborhood is none of their buisness. Well it is your
buisness and it is time we stood up and took our nieghborhoods back
again. A friend of mine lives in a REAL bad neighborhood and everyone
cowers to the thugs around except us we made our stand once and no-one
fks with us any longer. We are the only grp in the5 or 6 blocks that
these punks run that dont get fked with. WHY? Because we didnt lay dwn
and take it from the very begining.

I'm in agreement with that King. It's nice to fuck with the asshole
who's doing shit to someone, but it's not worth getting prison for it.

Isnt there a law or something that says you have the right to protect
whats yours??
Somewhere in that law does it define HOW you can or can not protect
yourself??
And, further more, at that crucial moment of protecting whats yours are
you thinking about the fine print??

shut up Cookieie

There is accually a Federal law that would aloow anyone to get involved.
It is called the Good Samaritan law. If someone is in danger of losing
thier life and you do nothing but watch you can go to jail for not
interviening.

T you did the right thing. Like others said you could have went to jail
for trying to stop a domestic dispute. I will shoot to kill anyone I
catch stealing from me in my home or just on my property. Sad to say I
would plant a gun on them afterwards and make sure a shot was fired from
that gun so it would be self defence. I can not stand a thief or a child
molester. They all need to die. A murderer you did not walk in there
shoes or know what caused them to kill another person. Like if I shot
and killed a scumbag who breaks in my home I could be sent to jail for
murder. The laws today protect the criminal more than they protect the
inocense.

Scorp if you inform the local police about whats going on thats taking a
stance. I don't know where you are but I would think if you contacted
the police about any situation going on they usually investigate it.
Doing it on your own could lead to some bad shit. from the cops and the
thugs who are causing trouble.

I saw a tragic story a few years back on TV where a guy chased off an
assailant who had already stabbed his female victim a number of times.
The guy then sought to comfort the hysterical woman who clawed at him in
her delerium. She later died enroute to the hospital. Based on the thin
evidence of his skin under her nails and the lack of eyewitness
testimony to colloborate his tale, the poor guy was convicted of her
murder and sentenced to death. After his sentence was carried out a
serial killer was nabbed for another slaying and a search of this
killer's home produced a collection of ID's from his victims. Among
these ID's was the ID of the girl who the formerly convicted, sentenced
and executed INNOCENT man had tried to help on that fateful day. This is
not an urban legend; it really happened. Part of the ugliness of this
tale is that the governor of the state in which this all took place was
up for re-election and pushed the innocent man's execution up in order
to appease the public and silence the condemned man's mother's pointed
questions regarding the trial. In short, they knew the man was innocent
when they had him injected.

And I realize that Joe Public does not have the "privliges" that I have
