You are you're only obstacle. You can find a solution to every problem that arises and wants to prevent you from reaching your goals, you just have to be willing to put in the effort to over come those challenges.

Create and pursue S.M.A.R.T. goals -- S.M.A.R.T. goals are Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Timely.

Take decisive and immediate action. Knowledge and intelligence are both useless without action.

Focus on being productive, not being busy. In other words, work smarter, not harder.

Make logical, informed decisions. Think things through before making life-changing decisions.

Avoid trying to make things perfect. The only way to get things done is to be imperfect 99% of the time.

Work outside of your comfort zone. Embrace all moments of opportunity for personal growth and success.

Keep things simple. Rather than evaluating every last detail of every possible option, choose something you think will work and give it a shot.

Focus on making small, continuous improvements. Soon you'll find yourself on a spiral of changes, one building on the other.

Measure and track your progress ? Step back and assess your progress regularly so you know what needs to be done to excel and accelerate.

Maintain a positive outlook as you learn from your mistakes. Look for the silver lining in every situation.

Spend time with the right people. You are the sum of the people you spend the most time with.

Maintain balance in your life. An imbalanced lifestyle will hold you back from reaching your full potential.

“You can have everything in life you want, if you help enough other people get what they want.” - Zig Ziglar

Personal leadership must come from the inside out. You cannot wait for someone else to push you; you must motivate yourself through goal setting. - Paul J. Meyer

If you do not consciously decide ahead of time where you are going, you may very easily end up somewhere else. - Laurence J. Peter

A goal without a plan is just a wish. - Antoine de Saint-Exupery

The reason most people never reach their goals is that they don't define them, or ever seriously consider them as believable or achievable. Winners can tell you where they are going, what they plan to do along the way, and who will be sharing the adventure with them. - Denis Watley

To accomplish great things, we must not only act, but also dream; not only plan, but also believe. - Anatole France

First say to yourself what you would be; and then do what you have to do. - Epictetus

Give me a stock clerk with a goal and I'll give you a man who will make history. Give me a man with no goals and I'll give you a stock clerk. - J.C. Penney

You got to be careful if you don't know where you're going, because you might not get there. - Yogi Berra

A successful individual typically sets his next goal somewhat but not too much above his last achievement. In this way he steadily raises his level of aspiration. - Kurt Lewin

The big secret in life is that there is no big secret. Whatever your goal, you can get there if you're willing to work. - Oprah Winfrey

Failure is not in an unsuccessful goal, but in having no goal to reach. - Benjamin Mays

The purpose of goals is to focus our attention. The mind will not reach toward achievement until it has clear objectives. The magic begins when we set goals. It is then that the switch is turned on, the current begins to flow, and the power to accomplish becomes a reality. - "The Best of Success," by Wynn Davis

The most important thing about goals is having one. - Geoffry F. Abert

Until input (thought) is linked to a goal (purpose) there can be no intelligent accomplishment. - Paul G. Thomas

You will now have a starting place and a destination, and you will be able to determine what it will cost you to get there...You will be going someplace. - H. Stanley Judd

"We increase whatever we praise." - Charles Fillmore

"Build your people and you will build your business. People will want your approval first and your advice second. Do both. A lot...in that order and you will find that they will like you and willingly follow your suggestions." - Jack M. Zufelt

"People are eternally divided into two classes, the believer, builder, and praiser...and the unbeliever, destroyer and critic." - John Ruskin

"There is no investment you can make which will pay you so well as the effort to scatter sunshine and good cheer through your establishment." - Orison Swett Marden

“What matters is where you want to go rather than where you are right now. Your starting place is just that, where you start. Nothing more and nothing less.” - Alissa Finerman

Remember the actions always trumpthe words. The actions show who someone is, their words try to fool you into thinking they are someone they are not! ( That wasa quote from MINGLER!)
