Hey Joe~~~~what do I need to bring just let me know or at least pitch in for the cost of the food that you are planning for the menu... There is no reason for you to put out the cost come up with a figure for all to pitch in for the cost if your buying all the stuff we are eating...... And yes I will help prepare as well on friday night.....I can't wait to see everyone.....

I just hope everyone is still there when I drag my butt in around 4 or 5 on Saturday! We should have made the festival and cleaned and ready to get our groove on by that time.... We are not leaving till Sunday at least most of us....

I think I have a ton of that stuff left over from other events. I used to organize a lot of charity events but I have slowed down the past few years.
