Thinking is there a way to talk yourself out of being nervous? lol Lol, trying to talk yourself out of being nervous will probably just make you even more nervous, try distracting yourself, or not thinking so much about what it is causing the anxiety. Do something relaxing and calm, maybe even meditate.
