Topic: God and religion.

Even to think god as religious is an insult of god.Religions are made by human for human.They all said god has taken birth in their religion & shown them the way to live human life,it's all about their belief & faith in godliness of some divine souls who spent their life for well being of human beings. We hindus believe in Shri Rama,Shri Krishna & many other deities too.We believe that they were god who lived human life for setting examples of the way to live life & to perform karma without expecting returns. All religions are primarily set for the followers as a guide for living human life for attainment of god (super soul). Further they started hating & criticizing others way (religions)so now a days 'Religious' word seems quite offensive & / or symbol of narrow mentality too where as spirituality is being refereed as a safer term to worship god. In my opinion everyone who really believes in god in its true sense,always puts him in their mind & soul.

Is it necessary that someone who believes in god shall be considered as religious only? I believe in god but I don't think I'm religious. I see god as universally accepted concept,just the way every religion see & worship is different. religion and God goes hand in hand..you can't have one without the other a belief in God had to come from someplace...either from a conscious God, a delusion or by word of mouth ....the laws that the God handed down as to live by is religion...even "Free WIll" is a religion if you claim that the God handed down no laws or that you chose not to follow any laws then "Anarchy" becomes the religion to believe that a God place you here for a reason or purpose is what makes you religious

I don't know whether other thinks this as rational but for sure it is non-religious. God has nothing to do with religion.Religion is our grouping which are basically originated as path to god.

I've asked you to give a "rational" non-religious answer you claiming that God is the creator of the Universe is a religious belief formulated from religious scripture and based on Faith....and that's why your belief in a God is religious

However you had to resort to a religious refutation of that simple statement... yet statement or not. Iam. I can be no more than that. (yet because of my faith I know that it is an image I can be proud of).

This includes but not limited to even things written in history and things you have been told that happened. You have absolutely no way to know for a fact that Columbus sailed the 7 seas and discovered America. You weren't there, people have placed faith in this as being true.

What Faith is to you is as you are (when Iam is you). If you were to understand fully my faith as I am it would shatter your core self.

Faith is what you feel is true. I've heard prescription drugs can do that .....so Faith is just a feeling?

If you take a prescription drug and you have faith that you see a floating monkey, that is faith. Again, faith is what YOU feel/believe to be true. Which again, almost 100% of this world and it's knowledge is taken on faith, unless again one was there to witness it first hand. If it was not witnessed first hand by you, then you are taking that it's true by faith. And is why the scriptures speak so much about having faith.

Faith in the abrahamic religion is gambling,Muschristews hope that they go to heaven and everything in the bible is real...in other words false hope.
