I always cook for two or four. That way I don't have to cook every day.

I will usually cook a lot, i.e., a whole brisket, a whole pork butt (last week I cooked both at the same time on the BBQ pit) or a huge crockpot full of whatever.

Most things freeze well and you can just put it in baggies!

I cannot cook for one, all my recipes are family recipes.

So I eat a lot of sandwiches or out. rant

I hate cooking for one also.. I do cook and freeze sometimes..bigsmile
