nope, more like over kill on "left-overs" cooking for four! I will usually cook a lot, i.e., a whole brisket, a whole pork butt (last week I cooked both at the same time on the BBQ pit) or a huge crockpot full of whatever. Most things freeze well and you can just put it in baggies! |

So I eat a lot of sandwiches or out. |
