Life of leisure= ain't got a job.

Highly accomlished= ain't taking time to enjoy life.

I will go with a 50/50 split.

I like to work hard and I like to play hard.

well i like accomplishment so i can accomplish my leisure time when i want it and accomplish whatever else in life i may need to help with living and health :)so life of accomplishment can be to do with almosts everything including leisure time example say i went skiing on my leisure time i accomplished that ac·com·plish·ment ( -k m pl sh-m nt). n. 1. The act of accomplishing or the state of
being accomplished ...my act was skiing in my leisure time lollllll i accomplished that so lets see leisure time and accomplishment work hand in hand :)flowerforyou  think biggrin

I guess, but that's not what will make me happy.

I guess I was saying happiness is appealing to me. I don't find happiness in life, although there are a few things in life that do bring me happiness.

'For everything, there is a season..'

Who wrote that song? I can't remember, although I spent half the morning trying to put my finger on which country singer came up with that line.

Or maybe I've heard it from some RAPper.

The grim rapper.

I'm not sure if it's the same that you're thinking of, but The Byrds wrote "TO everything, there is a season......".

A life of leisure, or a life of accomplishment? Why?

I spend 1/2 my leisure (the other 1/2 is on here) trying to accomplish things, so what

The name of the song is "Turn, turn, turn!" by the Byrds. If it is the song he is thinking of.

"Don't fear the Reaper" was by Blue Oyster Cult.

Well if I actually ever had a life of liesure I think I would be bored to death after a short time but I might like to try it just to see.

U have accomplished most of the things I ever REALLY wanted so I am pretty happy about that so would not probably trade if given the opportunity.

I really don't think great accomplishment ois required for a life well lived so if I had the opportunity I would lean toward the Leisure because it suggests being happy and your needs met.

:D There is a great anecdote by a great German writer: [link=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anekdote_zur_Senkung_der_Arbeitsmoral]"Anekdote zur Senkung der Arbeitsmoral"[/link], that claims that a life of accomplishment leads to nothing more than a life of leisure that you could have in the first place... but I have to admit that for me the feeling of going to bed with the feeling of success, the feeling that I have accomplished something, is much more than just getting the pay for it... So at this point of my life, I would rather go for the life of accomplishment, maybe have the leisure later!?

With as many accomplishments as I have failures, I'm aiming for leisure now
