I dont delete friends , most of the time I am afraid of people and dont contact much ......so I would feel guilty cutting off a friend when they may just be shy .. but if I really need a friend , my friends list is where I will look first ...for an online friend......I agree that some friends are just poster people ..but you never know when one of those people just might wanna talk ...or not.. what ever.. I just cant delete people , I would feel so bad....
