Doctor Who season 7 looks really good.

Love Dr Who. It's one of my favorite current shows, also a big fan of the older ones, especially the Tom Baker version.

THE DARK KNIGHT RISES: I think it is safe to say that this is the movie even of the Summer. Nolan is the best director in the biz right now, and my hope is that he ends his trilogy in memorable fashion. To me, this film is gonna make Tom Hardy a mega star. His take as Bane looks to be one that will have us talking for years to come.

THE AVENGERS: The moment Joss Whedon took on this film, I rested easily. If anyone can bring Ironman, Hulk, Thor, Captain America, Hawkeye and company together then it is most definitely Whedon.

I'm glad they're including Hawkeye, but it would have been nice to have seen Trapper John and Radar too.

Personally, I'm waiting on a Black Panther film. If they do a second Avengers, I'd love to see Black Panther in their ranks.

I read that Aquaman was almost banned from the Superfriends because he kept wanting to swim in Zan.

The Wonder Twins deserve a movie before Aquaman does. Hell, Marvin and Wendy and their stupid dog would even be a better choice. At least they occasionally do something right.

Don't get me wrong, if the President's goldfish is not eating his new fishy flakes and in danger of going belly up, Aquaman is the hero to call to solve the mystery I suppose. Although considering it would probably just be cheaper to buy a new goldfish after that one dies than pay Aquaman's cab fare to get to the white house, maybe he really is not the best choice after all. But don't feel bed Fireviolin, I actually do like him better than Hawkman, who I find even worse if you can believe it.

How about Villains in the new Avengers film? I have heard both the Skrulls and a team up between the Red Skull and Loki (please no). Honestly I would love to see a good take on Ultron for what it is worth, since he is probably my favorite Avengers villain.

I hope someone makes a movie based on Arm Fall Off Boy...

I don't even know who Arm Fall Off Boy is. How about Stilt Man? His power was having a suit that made him an idiot and yet somehow becoming a threat to Spider-Man. His only weakness? Misplaced roller skates and banana peels.

I'm definitely seeing The Dark Knight Rises and The Avengers. When I heard the writer/director I grew up admiring (Joss Whedon) was set on the project, I was a happy bunny. I have a feeling this will kill; its going to be crazy during the summer. Yep yep!

Yeah, Whedon was what turned me to the idea of an Avengers film. If anyone could handle it, I figured he's the guy.
Loved Firefly and Serenity.

I know right? Whatever the guy touches, I've always loved it. His fans appreciate his experimental projects like Dollhouse. Which should NOT have been canceled just MO. Firefly was WAY too short also. They coulda spun out more episodes because the stories were that great. Haha, I haven't met a guy as into that show as me. I was partial to his earlier work though. I'm a huge Buffy and Angel junkie and I LOVE to see what he's got in store for The Avengers.

Buffy's pretty cool, but I only caught a bit of Dollhouse. Firefly was the same story then... it was supposed to last longer but Fox cancelled it. Certain things like the men with blue hands are kinda' evident of this. (Only find out what became of them in a comic.)
He's got a great hold on handling various interactions between characters in a group. I guess that accounts for a lot of the confidence I have in him for The Avengers.

I think Joss doesn't give up and I like that. He'd still make his stuff even if his shows aren't killing in the ratings. His fans love anything he puts out and what's great about him is that he used to interact with the fans at Comic Con when Buffy was in its prime. Buffy never cracked the top 20 nelson. But it was still a great, smart and sharp show. Way ahead of its time. I have a feeling people are going to know and respect this guy finally since he's paid his dues.

Buffy was a fantastic series- great blend of horror and comedy, and the comedy was never over the top.

I recently rewatched the episode 'Hush', The Gentlemen are still creepy.

You're just upset because you know he could kick Aquaman's butt even with both his arms off.

In an undersea battle, I do believe Aquaman would have the advantage.

Buffy never gets old for me. I lost interest in Angel after the first season.

Firefly is great, as the movie Serenity.
