Ever apologize in public? Why would it matter whether it's in public or private? If you offend or wrong soemone, you apoligize. Simple as that.

Hmmmm unless making it public would have some benefit for that person Or to get something out of it Like trying to send a message like ... Hey I'm not a scumbag! Look at me! I'm not a total azzhole! I got feelings! something like that ... JMO

What do you mean by apologizing in public? Just doing so when it's not somewhere private? Or making a big deal out of it?

If the "event" was public.... then a public apology would be the right thing to do. Otherwise it's a load of crap trying to make themselves look good

People that put on a big public show about something that is usually done in private are doing just that, putting on a show.

If I am wrong ....I appologize then and there....public or private. would I use discretion in doing so??? YES Not lookin for attention....so even if it was in public...it would be heard by only the person I Offended. Does that answer you're question???
